Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. All domestic orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once your shipment is on its way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. At this time, we do not offer free shipping promotions.

Domestic Delivery

Most domestic shipments arrive within 2–7 business days once they leave our facility. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country. Delivery times vary and may be extended due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
